Sono scese in campo 21 coppie in cerca del titolo iridato. La coppia azzurra formata da Agnese Petricca, Farapentathon, e Jacopo Li Volsi, Fiamme Oro, ha concluso al 18\u00b0 posto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nella prova di nuoto Agnese e Jacopo M. realizzano il terzo tempo in 1:56.50, dietro alla coppia ceca e egiziana. Nella scherma, vinta dalla Bielorussia, ottengono 205 punti, mettendo a segno 19 stoccate. Nell&#8217;equitazione Agnese realizza un percorso netto, c&#8217;\u00e8 poi la caduta, fortunatamente senza conseguenze,  di Jacopo con alcune penalit\u00e0 sul tempo e sugli ostacoli che assegnano alla staffetta azzurra 253 punti.
